Ignored by everyone, invisible to most

Objectively fine, but I only feel pain

Is it similar or the same?
I know we all got problems
I can't pretend that I understand all of them

Cause I'm found with my eyes to the ground and hobbling
Gobbling up the juicy lies other people tell me
A cry slipping through my facade, "help me"

We've all got things that we hide away
We'd rather die than let them see the light of day
Thoughts occupy my mind when I'm wide awake
I want to sprout wings and fly away
Turn off my brain, be quiet eh?
What's wrong with me?
Obviously, it's odd to see
I'm gonna need a lobotomy
The bag in my closet contains the remains of our past tense presents
Out of sight, but not out of mind, no matter what I try I find, I can still feel the presence
Of the days that were better, remember we were together, these things still hold the essence
They constantly haunt me and taunt me, rather than their intended use of reminiscence
